- Doro Wat: Chicken Stew. A popular Ethiopian dish: Chicken leg or thigh simmers in spices, ginger, garlic and onion. Served with boiled egg. $13 full / $9.50 half
- Yekik Wat: Yellow Split Pea Stew. Split yellow peas cooked with turmeric, ginger, garlic and onion. $12 full / $8.50 half
- Yemisir Wat: Green Lentil Stew. Green lentils cooked with spices, ginger, garlic and onion. $12 full / $8.50 half
- Alicha Wat: Lamb Stew. Cubes of lamb cooked with turmeric, ginger, garlic and onion. $14 full / $10 half
